His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Qassim Region, witnessed the signing of a donation agreement to establish a Kidney Center at Qusaiba Hospital, valued at SAR 3.7 million, between Qassim Health Cluster and businessman Mohammed Al-Wuhaibi. The signing took place during a meeting at the Emirate headquarters today with the Cluster’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Mousa Al-Harbi, and the Head of Qusaiba Center, Faisal Al-Radhi.
His Royal Highness affirmed that community initiatives supporting the healthcare sector represent a distinguished model of solidarity and cooperation among individuals and institutions, contributing to the enhancement and development of healthcare services in a manner that meets beneficiaries’ needs and aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to improve service efficiency and quality of life.
HRH noted that the establishment of a Kidney Center in Qusaiba represents an important healthcare project that will have a direct impact on serving patients and alleviating their suffering. He added that the initiative reflects the national role played by the private sector and business leaders in supporting development projects that address community needs.
He also highlighted the considerable support and attention the healthcare sector receives from the Kingdom’s wise leadership, emphasizing that the progress achieved in healthcare services across Saudi Arabia reflects the leadership’s commitment to advancing the quality of healthcare and ensuring the provision of the best possible services to citizens and residents.
His Royal Highness praised the initiative of businessman Mohammed Al-Wuhaibi, describing it as a reflection of the values of generosity, social responsibility, and support for healthcare projects that directly benefit the community. He prayed that this contribution be rewarded and counted among his good deeds.
For his part, Dr. Mousa Al-Harbi, Chief Executive Officer of Qassim Health Cluster, expressed his appreciation for the Governor’s continued support of healthcare projects and initiatives. He stated that the establishment of the Kidney Center at Qusaiba Hospital will enhance specialized services for kidney patients and support the Cluster’s efforts to improve access to healthcare and elevate the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
